What is Jacuzzi^® SmartTub™?

SmartTub™ is an optional upgrade that allows you to fully and remotely control your spa from your device. The system is made up of both hardware and a downloadable app that runs on a cellular connection. This makes controlling your spa easy and convenient. If you are in the living room of your house or in another country, as long as you have a cellular connection, you can access the control settings on your Jacuzzi^® Spa.

When the SmartTub™ hardware and app are connected, you will be able to-

• Adjust the temperature of the spa water
• Control spa jets and lighting
• Control and monitor energy output (when and how often you run heating and filtration cycle)
• Access to information, tips, videos to enable you to become an expert at operating your spa
• Receive notifications about power outages, issues and how to resolve them, as well as energy estimates
• Contact your spa dealer whether you are home or overseas

Which Jacuzzi^® models are compatible with the SmartTub™ system?

• Models Supported: All Jacuzzi^® Spa models from 2016 onwards are compatible with the SmartTub™ system.
• Pre-installed Systems: Models from 2018 and later include the SmartTub™ system as a standard feature.
• Swim Spas: Not compatible with the SmartTub™ system.

Is the Jacuzzi^® SmartTub™ upgrade best for me?

If you like the idea of being able to control your spa when you’re away from the keypad and being well-informed if there is an issue to fix, SmartTub™ could be well suited to you.
