How to earn and redeem reward points at Spa World™ Parts & Accessories Store

How does Spa World™ Parts & Accessories Store reward system works?

Please refer to the following details for the terms and conditions outlining how our reward system operates.

• You will receive approximately one reward point for every $1 you spend on selected products on the Spa World Parts & Accessories store (https://shop.spaworld.com.au/). Shipping charges are not included in this calculation.
• Purchases on www.spaworld.com.au are not eligible for rewards points
• 40 points = $1 of discount on your next purchase.
• Once you accumulate $5 worth of points you can redeem those points at Spa World on any item.
• During the checkout process you will see the option to use reward points for payment.
• The points are valid for one year from the time that the points are earned. After that time they are removed from your account.
• You are not required to do anything else except you must be logged into your account when you make a purchase.

Important reminder: If you checkout as a guest you will not receive points and you cannot redeem points previously earned.

• This reward program is not available for Trade customers.
• The reward program is not available on all products.

How to redeem Spa World™ reward points

Step 1: Login to your Spa World™ account

Access or create your customer account here. If you don't already have one, you'll need to create a new customer account to earn and redeem reward points.

Step 2: Complete a purchase whilst logged in

The points you'll earn will show at the checkout page just above the grand total. Once you complete your purchase, the reward points will be added to your account.

Step 3: Review your current reward points balance

To check your current rewards points balance, go to your account page and scroll down to see your current balance.

Step 4: Redeem rewards points at checkout on your next purchase

When you're ready to redeem your points, you'll see the credit available to your account at check out.

Important reminders:

• Make sure you are logged in to your customer account before checking out.
• In the event that you do not see the following section at checkout, it is likely that you are not logged in to your account. To access your earned reward points, make sure you are logged into the account associated with your earned reward points.

Step 5: Apply your points to your purchase

Enter the amount of credit you want to use towards your current purchase. Once you have applied the credit and there's remaining balance, you can pay it using a credit card, or any of the other payment method options.
