What Is a Standard Installation?

A standard installation must meet the following criteria:

• The site is prepared and easily accessible.
• The installation site is located within 75 km of a Spa World store.- The heat pump is placed within 3 meters of the spa’s control box (Not the cabinet) and no more than 1 meter higher or lower than the spa’s base.

What if I have a Non-Standard Installation?

If your installation doesn't meet the Standard Installation criteria, a site inspection may be required, which could incur additional costs (both third-party and in-house). All heat pump locations will be confirmed by our technical team and may need a technician's site visit for a custom quote. Non-standard installations may involve extra charges and additional time for assessment and installation.

What’s Not Included in Standard Installation?

Our standard installation service is comprehensive, but certain tasks fall outside the scope of what we provide.

The following are not included:

• Site Preparation: The customer is responsible for preparing the site, such as trenching or laying a concrete pad.
• Extended Plumbing or Electrical Work: Any additional wiring, outlets, or plumbing beyond the heat pump connection is not included. For example, if plumbing is required in a trench, you will need to have a plumber do this for you.
