Her product knowledge was exceptional, her advice was fair and price considerate and she showed great patience accepting our request to experience a functioning sauna. All in all, our spa and sauna purchase was fun and rewarding thanks to Lisa's outstanding service.

Recently purchased the Vortex Nitro, and from Sales to Spa setup, process ran smoothly. We had a difficult sight to work with and Mal came out and accessed our options. He went out of his way to make sure that we could put the spa in place in the most cost-effective way. I supplied the muscle - 9 college boys and he lead/directed them beautifully to get our Spa up the steep hill, in the wet and in place. The setup of spa and service from Mal has been brilliant. Nothing is an issue, any questions and support needed - just call me. His advice has been great and it great to know he and the Spa World team will be there to support. Thankyou and did I mention the Spa is fantastic!!!

First I had a hard time finding the place, but once I found it Lisa was Fabulous. She didn't try to oversell and was really patient when it took ages to organise my deposit. The quote was right on.

I can honestly say I have never been happier with an asset than this!. 1 hour swim aqua aerobics in morning then crank up the heat to totally relax in jacuzzi setting before tea in the evening ... Spaworld was where we purchased our Vortex spa pool. We have now owned spas made by four different companies and the Vortex is by far the best. The design is well thought-out and incorporates quality materials and workmanship throughout. The controls are simple and the spa is a delight to use. I visited the Spaworld showroom today in Clarence Street, Christchurch and was greeted by Britney Parker. Britney was obliging and exceedingly helpful. She provided exceptional advice in a charming and professional manner. She knew her subject well and went out of her way to provide the items I needed. We recently purchased a Vortex Nitro from Hamish at Spa World in Christchurch. My wife and I had been in the market for a while and had been to two other local shops and weren't completely sold on their products or service. After a good friends recommendation, we went to visit Spa World and we were seriously impressed with the quality, features and price of the Vortex spa range. We put a small refundable deposit down which held the special pricing for a week so we could do our homework on power supply and the intended location of the spa in our back yard. Once we made the decision to proceed, the spa was delivered, installed and ready to use in less than a week. My husband and I had been debating purchasing a spa for a long time. We have 4 children at home and a pool that we all enjoy swimming in a lot and a spa would be a welcome addition to our set up. I am hardly a regular reviewer, and certainly not before buying. However, I cannot keep silence when I have received first-class service, honest advice and good humour from a salesman selling me equipment costing 10s of thousands of dollars. Charlie B, the manager of Spa World Alexandria had excellent product knowledge, did not undermine other brands and suppliers and steered well away from pressure-selling. He also had good knowledge of other brands and spa models. Cf. my experience with some other retailers, which might be inferred. Charlie B gave me his mobile number and was happy to take my calls and exchange SMSs even outside working hours. We are very likely to buy from him, after I have conducted some internal diplomacy :-)

Oh my goodness, what a great experience. We made several visits to the Christchuurch Spa World and dealt with Hamish. He actually has awards for being the most expereince and knowledgeable Spapool consultant in New Zealand so we were lucky to come across him there. We didnt realise what we wanted at all until Hamish took us through lots of conversation about our family, our property and lifestyle so we could be matched with our perfect spa. Theres a lot to it in terms of quality, running cost, durability, size, functions etc. And we worked really hard to find a better deal but went back here because after everything we heard and saw, it was a no brainer for us. The wonderful Elaine who works at Spa World is no short of fantastic. She helped us with all of our initial questions and has been so great throughout the whole process of purchasing, installation and after sales service. If you are looking for a hot tub, Spa World in Marsden Park is the place to go. We did a lot of shopping around and we are very happy with our decision to choose to purchase from them. We went to several other companies to research and came back to SpaWorld for our purchase. From the time we purchased until well after installation the servcie has been amazing! All our questions answered, honestly, kindly and quickly. We are only sorry that we didn't use their installers, as our installers were a living nightmare and took weeks to complete and 2 attempts for passing compliance with alot of stress and they tried to charge us more too....for their oversight/errors! We had an after installation Platinum booking, which was free, too! The technician, Alex booked a timeslot, kept in contact re his arrival time and came out to inspect our spa. He was very friendly, helpful and had excellent knowledge and gave us great information and support.

True, I had to wait a few months for my new Vortex Sauna to arrive in the country, but the wait was worth it. And Janina at Spa World kindly keep me informed every step of the way. I had their guy Phil do the installation. Even though it looks like a simple kit-set, while watching the guys put together, I could see there were some tricky bits, so I was really happy I had called a professional to assemble the unit and check everything was working as it should! The sauna is fantastic, it heats quickly, the sound system is great, and it’s amazing to have it available whenever I want. Thanks Spa World. :)

Amazing service. We recently visited the Marsden Park Superstore where we were greeted by the Manager Elaine. My wife and I are building a new home in the Hunter Valley and we visited the store to determine our options of installing a swim spa into our new home. She took time to explain the differences and value of add-ons like UV filtering so we could make an informed choice that worked for our needs. Thanks to both Elaine and Diane for helping us with our spa selection. We bought a Vortex Nitro which fits well on our deck and also the aluminium Spa Steps which fits the colour scheme well and is easy to use or move around if needed. After a few weeks of use, family and friends love the Vortex Nitro. So far easy enough to maintain as well. Happy with the product.

Purchased the Vortex Hydrozone Avante Pro + through Theo for my newly built house. Have been greatly enjoying it even over the colder months, the water temperature is always the same. Have used it a lot for triathlon swim training, through which I have improved a lot since I first started. Great service from the Spaworld team in terms of getting it commissioned for the first time and any maintenance advice I’ve had.

We purchased our 5 seater Vortex Spa from Spa World Adelaide in 2020. It is an outside spa exposed to the elements. It is used all year round, 38 degrees in winter and 28 degrees in summer. We have been extremely happy with the pre sale and post sale service from Tom and his team. They are very easy and pleasant to deal with and are very knowledgeable about their products and the industry. The spa is made of high quality materials and equipment, and has stood the test of time faultlessly. Michael was fantastic to deal with. Within 30mins of entering the showroom the day before Christmas we had agreed on a model guided by his advice and deposit paid. Two weeks later it was delivered to site as promised. We love our new spa it's easy to maintain and looks great. The Spa World product is head and shoulders above there competitions. The fit and finish, powerful pumps etc. is simply class. We had issues at the time of delivery getting it on site which was no fault of Spa Worlds. However, this was not a problem for the delivery team lead by Jack. Within an hour a solution was sorted, and a Hiab truck was on site Lifting it in place. I highly recommend the platinum delivery service it was unpacked/ Wi-Fi fitted/ cover fitted /filled with water and tested by the Spa world team before handover. They go through the operations with you teach you how to use it and maintain it etc. Thanks again Team, with a special mention to Mike & Jack you guys provided a seamless service.

We are very happy with our spa and pergola which we purchased in January 2023. It didn't arrive until April but we were kept informed on the progress at all times. There was a few hiccups along the way due to unavoidable delays with our colour selection and availability of some products etc but all was resolved amicably. The staff at Spa World were fabulous and made every effort possible to reassure us of their commitment and support to rectify any problems.
