What are the 2024 Vortex™ Spa Pool feature updates?

The 2024 Vortex™ Spa Pools have nine key updates from previous models.

Important note: The 2024 Vortex™ Spa Pool's new features are currently available on select models, including Mercury™, Nitro™, and Nitro HP™.

1. Cabinet Panels

2024 Vortex cabinet panels

Vortex Spa™ has shifted from the horizontal slats of previous models to slimmer vertical slats in the 2024 models. This design choice not only provides a more elegant and modern look but also offers an updated aesthetic that complements contemporary outdoor spaces.

2. Footwell Base Support

Improvements to the footwell base include the removal of timber supports and a new design that ensures 100% support, significantly strengthening the structure and eliminating any flexing.

3. Cabinet Insulation

2024 Vortex EPS foam boards

The 2024 Vortex™ Spa Pool models adopt a simpler yet highly efficient system by integrating Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Foam Boards.

By moving away from the foil-backed foam adhered to the inner panels, Vortex Spas™ delivers improved thermal retention, ensuring your spa remains at the desired temperature for longer periods, thereby reducing energy consumption and operational costs.

4. Touchpads

2024 Vortex touchpad

The introduction of a premium, more intuitive Spanet® SmartTouch™ touchscreen in the 2024 models marks a leap forward in terms of user interaction.

The shift from push-button touchpads to a more intuitive touch interface aligns with contemporary technology trends, providing spa owners with a seamless and more responsive way to control their spa settings.

5. Jet Face

2024 Vortex Jet face

The new jets come with a smooth matte look and chamfered edges. As with the earlier Vortex™ Hydroglow, backlit jets are still an available option.

6. Headrests

2024 Vortex headrest

Vortex Spas™ has redefined relaxation with its narrower and more ergonomic PlushFoam™ headrest design. These sculpted spa pillows are ergonomically optimised for greater comfort, and the materials used mean an even longer lifespan and reduced maintenance.

7. Drink Holders

Vortex Spas™ were the first in Australasia with backlit drink holders, and these have been updated to serve dual functions, now accommodating the optional Vortex™ Wifi Audio Kit speakers.

This practical design allows for an effortless installation, enhancing the spa's entertainment capabilities while providing improved sound quality.

Please note: When no speaker is installed, a light shines from the top. If you install a speaker, the top light turns off, but you'll still see light coming from the front.

8. Air Controls

2024 Vortex air controls

The Vortex™ Air controls have also changed from black to grey, paired with a more user-friendly venturi push-button system for easier air control.

9. Plastics- Grey Colour

Plastic parts like the filter cover and control area now feature a sleek grey, matching the updated headrests.

10. Sanitising System
