Am I eligible for Platinum Spa Care with Spa World?

If your location is within 75km of a Spa World Showroom and you purchase Platinum Spa Care you are eligible for the service.

What spa brands is Platinum Spa Care available for?

The Platinum Spa Care is available for all spa pools, plunge pools, and swim spas purchased from Spa World™ within 75km of a Spa World™ showroom.

Before scheduling your Platinum Spa Care Essential visit, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Your spa must be connected to power and filled with water.
  • The initial dose of chemicals should be added.
  • Your spa must be heated and ready for use.
  • The spa controller and control panel must be accessible for inspection.

  • Drain and Refill the Water. Complete water change to maintain cleanliness.
  • Clean Spa Equipment. Cleaning of headrests, jets, and filters.
  • Chemical Testing. Checking the chemical levels and ensuring proper function.
  • Software Updates. Updating spa software and performing factory resets if needed.
  • Filter Cleaning. Thorough cleaning and checking of filters.
