Michelle was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and listened to our needs as customers and importantly people who were investing our hard earned money and needed to get it right. Big thank you to Michelle at Underwood. We have been looking at spas for several years though were never confident we were buying what was right for us. It is a big investment and we needed it to be great for therapy and general enjoyment as well as aesthetically pleasing in our yard. Michelle worked tirelessly above and beyond any expectations to ensure we were buying what was right. She listened, understood and supported us in our selection. Michelle was available across the whole process from selection and personalisation of what we needed, delivering ( thanks to the amazing Jeff and his team) and linking us up with technical set up Don who came to support us after a long day so we could enjoy our spa. My Wife and I early this year purchased a Titanium Spa from Duncan at the Underwood Store. We this was probably the best thing we have done in years The service from Duncan was out standing nothing was to much every little thing he chased up to make thing work the very best for us.Thanks Duncan That's not the end we received email from the delivery people and that worked great as we. Then Lydia got involved (field service manager) again out standing service. Don came out and did the run through and that made life very easy. Spa World Underwood was our 1 and only choice when making this investment into a new Spa. We visited multiple Spa Shops throughout Brisbane until we found the company we wanted to work with to provide our Dream Spa and setting. Salesperson - Michelle -She was my contact with spa world, where I spent a few hours on my first visit. I found her to be very nice, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Even taking phone calls on her day off to answer my questions. I had multiple visits to the store deciding on which spa was the best for me. Michelle was extremely helpful every time. She is a great salesperson. Delivery - Geoff – Was great at the delivery stage, I was differently nervous with the spa being craned over the house. He helped put my mind at ease. Again, he was nice, friendly & knowledgeable. Even helping me on the phone the following day to answer some questions I had. Handover - Don- Was great, helpful & knowledgeable with the time spent with me during the handover. He also was happy to take phone calls to answer any questions that I had after the handover was completed.

Michelle was lovely to work with and attended to our need/wants in a very professional manner.

Michelle at Spa World was amazing throughout the entire process. 14 months wait times during covid but got regular updates from Michelle with progress and lots of advice. Would recommend to anyone buying a new spa.

My name is Tony and I bought a sauna and gazebo from spaworld . The instore experience from Gerard was brilliant as I have furniture and bedding store and love great service . Unfortunately the delivery process was appalling . All purpose transport who spaworld use cancelled twice and then delivered the gazebo in the wrong colour . It held up our works because we couldn’t progress any further . The lack of information was frustrating until Duncan took over . He never missed calling me when he said he would , even if it was bad news . With his brilliant customer service turned a very grave situation into a more amicable scenario . This would have been a one star without his input but credit where credit is due . He is an asset to spaworld .Thankyou Duncan Kind regards Tony

A++ Customer Service! Gerard was an exceptional help in such a difficult decision as a first time buyer new to the spa world. Whilst checking out all the competitors (and I really mean all in south east Queensland area), I can honestly say Gerard is the only person who I actually trusted to give me reliable and trustworthy information. Exceptional follow-up, even contacting me on non-office days to make sure I was happy with the information he provided. The products are amazing and would strongly recommend everyone to make this (and specifically Gerard) your first stop before getting misguided by all the quacks in the spa industry. A++

I had a great experience buying a spa from Spa World in Brisbane. Duncan was very informative and friendly and did not pressure me into anything. He spent a lot of time with me as I decided which was the best spa for us but wasn't bothered by how long it took to explain everything. The company have a great range of spas that suited what I wanted. The team involved with delivery have been communicating very well with delivery timeframes. We were able to save some money by picking up the spa ourselves.

I don’t often bother with reviews but I have to say how blown away I was with the service I recently was given Duncan went beyond the call of duty to help us find what we were looking for Thank you so much Sadly sometimes it is a rarity to actually get good help when you need it I recommend Spa World Underwood to anyone who is looking for a little indulgence for their back patio Cheers and once again Thank you So happy 🥂

The service at spa world we received when shopping around for our renos was amazing. Duncan was very knowledgeable about all things spa sleep and couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly.

Really happy with my recent purchase, spa looks awesome on my pool deck! Loved the after sales service from Rob who made sure I had everything I needed. Legend. The sales team were very knowledgeable and not pushy. A small delay with shipping due to COVID but they kept me fully informed the whole way and my back already feels way better! Thanks guys.

A big thank you to Nick, Rob and the team at Spa World Underwood including the delivery crew, you have all gone over and above your call of duty to ensure that our expectations were met, we recently took delivery of an amazing new swim spa and can’t be more pleased with the service provided especially in these tough times with Covid making it very hard for businesses to operate to there full capacity especially when their hands are tied as they have to work with external parties who also have restrictions in place involved in getting the Spa from the supplier to our place. From day one when we ordered, to delivery, set up and after sales service, we have been impressed with all dealings and the cleanliness of the showroom was second to none. We had several inquiries and a few questions after installation and it was never a problem for the crew at Spa World to assist us with our queries, thank you for a wonderful experience 👍

Called into Spa World Underwood recently and spoke to Michelle about a spa; She couldn't have been better, very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the shop, very clean and the state and range of the spas was very impressive. When I'm ready to purchase a spa I know where I will be going! not to any of the other spa sellers in the area! Compared to Spa World the sales staff have very little product knowledge.

Purchase review. Beautiful big modern showroom. Great to see a huge selection of products you are choosing from. The spas were not all crammed in and many were filled so you actually get to see what they do. Nick was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He actually took time to find out what my husband and I wanted and needed from a spa. He wasn't pushy at all and when we said we were going to 'think about it' gave us brochures and wrote down the spas and options we'd discussed. We went back the next morning and ordered our swimspa. Nick gave us a very good deal and even upgraded a couple of items. Extremely happy with the service and the showroom is well worth a visit.
