I was very fortunate to have Charlie from Spa World, Alexandria help me choose and purchase my spa. He ensured that my spa perfectly suited my needs at a great price. He has been wonderful with followup, being available to help me out with any questions I have had along the way. Thanks to Charlie, my experience as a first spa owner has been easy and stress free. He is a great communicator and I feel he really cares that his customers get a wonderful service.

I am hardly a regular reviewer, and certainly not before buying. However, I cannot keep silence when I have received first-class service, honest advice and good humour from a salesman selling me equipment costing 10s of thousands of dollars. Charlie B, the manager of Spa World Alexandria had excellent product knowledge, did not undermine other brands and suppliers and steered well away from pressure-selling. He also had good knowledge of other brands and spa models. Cf. my experience with some other retailers, which might be inferred. Charlie B gave me his mobile number and was happy to take my calls and exchange SMSs even outside working hours. We are very likely to buy from him, after I have conducted some internal diplomacy :-)

Our Jacuzzi arrived today. And we are so excited. Charlie at Spa World was great to deal with and I strongly recommend people visit the showroom at Alexandria and talk with him. ANC Cranes were brilliant too.

We just want to thank Charlie from Spa World Alexandria for being so friendly and approachable when assisting us. The showroom was extremely well set out and I was able to look at a range of different spas and choose the one I wanted. Charlie was very knowledgable and his service was exceptional. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave excellent advice. Nothing was too much trouble and he demonstrated and showed me all aspects of the spa. Charlie was able and willing to answer questions both before and after delivery of the spa. Charlie made the whole experience enjoyable and not stressful.

When our 13 year old spa finally gave up the ghost (not a Spa World product), we considered ourselves very lucky to have found Charlie from Spa World, Alexandria. He is a very friendly, no-pressure salesman who has an excellent knowledge of Spa World's products. Although their spa range is very expansive, Charlie patiently discussed our budget and requirements before drawing our attention to 2 mid priced options that were both on display. The impressive Alexandria showroom houses a huge array of very high quality swim spas and hot tubs, which greatly assists with the decision making process. We eventually decided on the Fisher 5S. I highly recommend both Charlie and the marvellous products offered by Spa World Alexandria.
