Our whole experience with Spa World was fantastic. We met Tom at the Spa Show in Melbourne & he was such a great help along with his brother Nick who I met a little further down the track. Without a doubt the most valuable person in this whole process was Diann Jones in the Certification Dept who organised all our permits etc through the council. We were reluctant to pay the extra $$$ for this service but it was without a doubt the best decision. Diann went above & beyond to help us at every stage & helped ease my stress levels when dealings with Council & Surveyors was difficult. She is an absolute gem. What a huge asset to your company she is! Also our Platinum Handover was done by the charming Scotman Alex. He is a great guy. So helpful & explained things so simply & really took the time to make sure we understood everything. We're still learning as we enjoy our new Swim Spa. Thanks to all who helped us along the way!

Our experience at Spa World Braybrook was absolutely fantastic. Nick Whyte had every answer to every question and was so helpful in working out what suited our spa needs best. Nick was an amazing salesman who wasn’t pushy in any way, and genuinely wanted to sell the best product for us. His post sales attention has also been exceptional. I have ben a Manager of multiple companies from 1988 to 2014 and I wish to say Doris would b the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Originally I was in the process of purchasing a spa from another company but Doris appeared on the scene and convinced me to purchase one from her. The one at the other company was cheaper but Doris upsold and now we have purchased one from Spa world. I have to say Doris was excellent in every way. Her sales pitch was delighful to listen to, her explanation of every step of the process was admirable and her follow through excellent. My wife and I think she is absolutely the best sales person ever. Her attention to detail was superb and she presented her company with total excellence. Great experience purchasing our new Jacuzzi with both Theo at the Dandenong store and Doris at the Braybrook/Tullamarine store. Both very were very helpful and had lots of great advice.

I ordered my swim spa today. The showroom is very well-stocked and convenient to get to and park the car. Doris was very helpful and answered all my questions. Apart from the great service she was very obliging with price and threw in a free wifi kit as well as part of a current promotion. I would thoroughly recommend Spa World Braybrook!

We rocked up to the Tullamarine store knowing nothing about buying a spa. After looking at the huge range we decided a swim spa would best suit our needs. Best decision we ever made. Being complete newbs in the spa game, we had 1000 questions, but every one of them was answered patiently by Tom - and always with a smile. 3 months after it arrived, we went to the Braybrook store as we had more questions, that we felt a bit dumb for asking, but Tom was there to answer them all again. From the first interaction with Tom on ordering our new Vortex spa to the lovely office staff dealing with logistics and the very personable and helpful delivery guys on getting the spa onsite to country Victoria snd setting it all up and explaining how it works. Tom has been amazing to deal with. Very professional and helpful throughout the purchase of our Spa. We had a lot of questions, being new to spa ownership. We purchased the Palladium vortex spa from SpaWorld SA. Tom and Ruby’s knowledge and service has been excellent, especially when setting up the spa Tom took many of my phone calls on a Sunday! As for the Palladium spa experience …WOW, this spa does not disappoint. Stacks of room for everyone and so many massage options. Highly recommend.

Was recommended Spa World by a mate who'd gotten a good deal last year. Spoke with Nick who was very easy to deal with and wasn't pushy at all which made the process extremely good to go through.
