John and I had a great experience being totally looked after by Lisa. Her product knowledge was exceptional, her advice was fair and price considerate and she showed great patience accepting our request to experience a functioning sauna. All in all, our spa and sauna purchase was fun and rewarding thanks to Lisa's outstanding service.

First I had a hard time finding the place, but once I found it Lisa was Fabulous. She didn't try to oversell and was really patient when it took ages to organise my deposit. The quote was right on.

I stopped in late last year to explore what was available etc and spend as little as i could get away with. Quickly realised that not all spas are the same and thanks to the very knowledgable Tiffani and armed with loads of information, i made a purchase a week later for the Vortex Spectrum. This was delivered early January and has been a delight to use thus far. Overall communication and service from Spa World Osbourne Park, WA and of course Tiffani, have been outstanding.

SPA WORLD OSBORNE PARK WA STORE Mark Baugh was such a great help when we were searching for our spa we had so many questions and Mark was happy to go the extra mile by explaining everything to us before our spa purchase . We love our Titanium Spa from Spa World Osborne Park. Mark was extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions. The heat pump is a must have. It heats and cools our spa really quickly so we can use it all year round but our electricity bill isn’t much more than it was before the spa. Highly recommend Spa World to anyone looking for a spa. It’s definitely added value to our home.

We wanted to purchase a Spa but were unsure of where to go and what to buy. We were prepared to outlay a significant amount of money for the right product and needed to trust who we were dealing with. We were impressed by Mark’s knowledge of his product and his honesty about the fact that due to corona virus we were likely to expect delays in receiving our spa which was coming from overseas. I recently received my Vortex Swim Spa. The build quality is excellent. I dealt with Mark who was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.
