Happy customers We received our Vortex Nitro spa on the date quoted by Spa World. Our consultant was Steve Whyte who initially advised us on the model spa which best suited our needs. We tried a number of different brands and finally returned to Spa World. Steve did a great job selling us our spa, he was friendly, knowledgable and told us the facts. He was not forceful and let us make our decision in our own time. Steve informed us of his contact number and I have contacted him on a number of occasions regarding accessories for our new spa. We have just had our spa delivered, and the whole process from purchase in store with Leon, the delivery guys led by Dylan, to the handover from Kat was absolutely amazing. Love our Spa and the Service by SpaWorld Dandenong, Vic We were very impressed with the customer service, sales, information supplied and ongoing service offered by all the staff - especially Trent who went through all our options and talked about our wants/needs/ size of our yard (small) best fit for us. We went to several other companies to research and came back to SpaWorld for our purchase. From the time we purchased until well after installation the servcie has been amazing! All our questions answered, honestly, kindly and quickly. We are only sorry that we didn't use their installers, as our installers were a living nightmare and took weeks to complete and 2 attempts for passing compliance with alot of stress and they tried to charge us more too....for their oversight/errors! We had an after installation Platinum booking, which was free, too! The technician, Alex booked a timeslot, kept in contact re his arrival time and came out to inspect our spa. He was very friendly, helpful and had excellent knowledge and gave us great information and support.

What a pleasure it was to deal with a professional as Jon Stefanides, at Spa World, Bundaberg. The Vortex Avante' Spa, steps and hand rail, chemicals, filters and everything associated with the package for a brand new spa installed, arrived on the specified date. Jon was very helpful in explaining the workings and the filtration system for the start up. Best of both worlds - Vortex Hydrozone Thank you to Trent and the team at Spa World Dandenong. We are enjoying our Vortex Hydrozone, it’s perfect for the Melbourne weather with the two seperate temperatures. The grandkids love jumping from the hot spa into the pool section. I no longer need to visit the local pool to complete my hydrotherapy :) Trent arranged the entire project, it came in slightly over budget as we went with some upgrades. We purchased our Nitro span from Steve & Jon @ Spa World Bundaberg. Fantastic support from the guys. Best of all is their support & product knowledge is second to none. They come to our hone and completed the full setup. up, very happy😁😁 Since then, I have been able to place a ceramic coating over the cover and sides for longer protection.

Shop around and research thoroughly This issues I had were plentiful, from [Name Removed] the Tullamarine sales and state sales manager dissing me in an email to other staff when I asked too many questions, to various and very different instructions and notifications. Not one but three concierges. Plans of where to be placed to be handed to them to send to delivery hots not fine. List goes on. Sales I would never go through again. After sales handover was v poor with the guy not knowing the Spanet system at all and in fact seeing it incorrectly which cost me a lot of $ first elec bill. A year later, that is, a year and four months after delivery, a major issue where half the spa was suddenly not working and no one in my regional area to assist until they finally went with someone I’d recommended originally that ‘wasn’t on their books’. It is now working. What happened? It had somehow taken itself out of its actual interface to say it was a model 2 so was only doing model 2 things when it’s a model 3. It should never have been able to do that in the first place. Very strange! That was fixed and the new comms cord (probably unnecessarily) put in and it’s all good now except the guy tested the water and the chlorine is really really high. Like too too high. As in ‘follow their instructions at the spa company and stuff the spa up eventually’ high. This is the guy they didn’t want to use because he wasn’t on their books but they had no one else in bendigo so rang me and asked what his name was. He’s brilliant. He gave me some fantastic tips for the water and I will not follow the instructions of spa world Re that anymore and all should be well. They don’t treat you as an individual and were giving me instructions for a spa heated far higher than I personally like. And - It’s a very disturbing situation when they sell regionally but don’t have service people in the area for warranty work! It should be illegal! But all well and good now. I’ll check what’s under warranty for future reference but I know the person I trust. I thank [Name Removed], nz service and warranties which was in Oz at the time I needed them, for being funny and on top of things, and the guys at Spanet who were fantastic, [Name Removed] specially, they can talk you through a lot of stuff on the phone. Lovely guys! I did want SW to take the spa back but they wouldn’t and it is v good, it’s just some people don’t care. They really don’t. It’s just a job. But some, as mentioned above, are great!

Jacuzzi J-13 Swim Spa - Fun for all of us We started looking at swim spas / plunge pools like many people during the covid lockdowns. There are so many on the market and we just couldn’t find something that satisfied our family needs. After a visit to Spa World Dandenong we found the Jacuzzi J-13 Swim Spa. It was perfect for us, the little ones can splash around, the big ones have enough space when friends are over and I can swim / do my hydro exercises Delivery was always going to be an issue, we have very limited access. Trent was able to arrange site inspection and the quote was well within his estimate. We were very excited. Trent also arranged permits and the installation, it was all so easy We use it every few days and I can’t believe how much better I feel. Go and see Trent if you are in the market he really knows his stuff

Well I went looking for a replacement SPA, I was told to visit SPA WORLD BUNDABERG, well I went no further, the service that I received was 5 STAR, the knowledge of all the different spas and pump size and all about the amount of jets was my priority. Steve had so much knowledge about all the different types with swim spas & normal spas. The best thing of all there are so many on display for you to view and sit in and try for size for you and family. Also there 2 spas in working order for you to try. I would not go anywhere else. Perfect Fisher5d Based on the reviews that I read here I chose Spa World to buy Fisher5d and everything till now goes very well, purchase, delivery and instructions. I had issue with 16 amp PowerPoint which I didn't consider before but with couple of hundreds solved. I'm going to update my review every year based on my experience with this spa while using it in my back yard.

Superior Customer Service I use our Vortex spa often during warmer months and it is very easy to maintain. After a power interruption I needed assistance resetting the controller. Thumbs up for Spa World - Underwood At a time when spa's are in short demand - Michelle from the Underwood Store went beyond what she had to do to secure us a 3 person Fisher SPA! 4 months later (due to shortage beyond Spa Worlds control) we received our spa as promised! I had a hiccup with my payment - Michelle was there with me helping me through. Delivery was easy and everything was as promised! Would buy again! I just hassled her again this afternoon asking where I would find the Serial number for my warranty! Michelle was there again! Awesome after sales service x

2nd purchase. 1st spa was a Vortex Nitro, this was awesome, we then upgraded to a Vortex Aqualap swim spa, best investment for the Canberra area can use all year round. We use ours 3-4 times per week, in the cold months we crank it up to 38 degrees just awesome. Elaine in the Fyshwick office was great to deal with, great experience both times.

Overall quite happy We purchased from Tullamarine and left the required deposit, the service was pretty good. We had a delivery date of 2 months, which got changed to 3 months. 3 weeks before delivery we got told we need to wait another 2 months and I kinda cracked the $hits. Miraculously they had a spa available and we had a delivery date of 1 week. It got delivered today and it’s perfect. Happy overall

Spa World Nitro Avante Spa - Lots of Relaxation, Hydrotherapy and Fun Times! Hi All, I hope the information/review provided herein assist's somebody else/family in the purchase of a Nitro or Vortex Spa from Spa World who by far have the best/most superior wide range of Spa's or Pool Spa's. Long stry short we visited only one Spa World Outlet at Dandenong South in Melbourne and had the pleasure of being served by Trent W who was by far the most honest, humble, well knowledged salesman best at his trade! Within an hour we walked out of Spa World being the proud owner's of the Vortex branded - Nitro Avante Hydroplus Spa. The Nitro was an easy choice because we are a family of 3 and the 5 seater (Adults) 2 seater (Kids) was perfect for when our nieces and extended family came over for a visit. The Nitro Avante Hydroplus is the top of the range for this Spa type and comfortably seats 5 adults plus 2 toddlers with ample of room and not feeling crouched and sitting like sardines. I am 6 feet tall and the longer reclining seat (LOUNGER SEAT) is perfect for me and I still feel small/tiny in it because of the amazing sizing and how well spaced out the reclining seat is. My wife being under 6 feet reclines in the second reclining seat which means we both are happy and no fighting for the recliner :) The comfort of both these recliner seats together with the ample space you feel like you are the Gold Class Cinemas, reclinig back and about to have a great expereince. Then besides the 2 awesome reclining seats you have the ONE the ONLY - Captains Seat! This spacious , relaxed seat is catered for your whole body right from your neck to your feet. The Spa also comes with this well built solid/thick cover which helps immensly by trapping the heat inside meaning lesser elecricity being used. We put our Spa on a Concrete slab and also ensured there is adequate space to move around the spa and also have peoper access to the system board/internals if needed by the technician for any problem solving. The Avante Package we bought from Spa World Dandenong South came with a Starter Chemical Kit and Spare filters to get us underway on our Spa journey. This was truly a blessing. I have studied the art of chemical balancing with the water inside the spa, the cleaning process and also maintaining the best water life. Here are a couple of my tips you may wish to educate yourself with and dont be afraid to experiment within reason. - Find a nice place for your spa. Once you put it in your not going to be able to push it around - Get a nice concrete slab laid in (we went with 120mm) - Find a good electrician to get your electrical wiring done etc. We had to get a 32AMP Isolator for our Hydroplus Avante Nitro as it is a Powerful Beast but we have Solar power so even more of a blessing. - Research the basics around using Chlorine, cleaning liquids etc for your Spa. - Clean your Spa after every use. YOu dont have to scrub your spa but simply use the right amount of chemicals and run the auto clean cycle after each use. - Check water health with the test strips every now and then to ensur eyour water is healthy To summarise all of the above all I could say is that investing in a Spa has been the best discission for our family. My wife has a bad back and neck for life and my mum suffers from arthritis. Me, myself suffer from mild anxiety and this Spa in the last 3 months has been a game changer for us. My wifes neck has already started to improve and the heated spa has been helping my mum with her arthritis hands. My anxiety is also relaxed really well and we have all enjoyed being able to sit together, have a drink and relax after a stressful day. COVID lockdown/restrictions have been tough and having this little oasis of comfort/relaxation has been a true blessing!

Five stars for Elaine for exceptional customer service. I gave a low rating because of all the delays with the delivery of our swim spa. We ordered our spa in June and didn’t get it until early January. There were many reasons for this COVID, container shortages, wharf strikes which spa world had no control over but we were not exactly impressed with the lack of action by their CEO Andrew Pullen. However I would gladly give a 5 ⭐️ for the customer service we received from Elaine from Fyshwick branch. Elaine’s knowledge, she was always happy to answer any of our questions, and her friendly and professional service was beyond compare. During the stressful time of the delay she did everything that was in her power to do to help us out. But on a better note we absolutely love our swim spa and know it was the best decision for our family. It’s a fantastic product. Great Purchase! We have had our spa for 6 weeks now and are absolutely loving it. It does use a lot of power, but the benefits are worth it. I did hope that it was going to get rid of all my aches and pains, that hasn't happend, but taking time each day to have some quality time is having a very positive effect on my mood and overall wellbeing. 6 Meter Vortex Spa review after 2.5 years We have had our 6 meter vortex spa for almost 3 years now, and it has provided a lot of entertainment for my family. It has been a overall positive experience, but there are some considerations worth noting: * The spa cover is heavy and takes 2 people to remove. While it is possible for a single person to remove, damage can result to the cover when you do this; new ones are not cheap. * Kids tend not to respect the cover when they remove it and damage it (they wont be paying to fix it), so you will be doing this, not the kids. * The clips on the spa cover are fragile and break frequently. New ones are expensive. * Ideally you should have the spa undercover. The cabinet and the cover have a tendency to discolour over time in the sun, even with the greatest of care (applying armour-all regularly). Dust storms in Canberra turn the cover red frequently and it is difficult to clean because the particles are so fine. * Spas are complex machinery with many moving parts. One three occasions in the past 2.5 years, mine has released all its water owing to a clamp losing its grip and a pipe popping off a fitting within the cabinet. * Filters work hard all the time, so I had to replace mine recently after it seized up (cost $420). * Quite often soil and sand grit is brought into the pool from the environment from people getting in and out and wind. To remove this i use a garden hose as a siphon and vacuum cleaner. I do this every few months. * The hand rail is affixed to the spa with fittings that corrode over time. Keep the water level below the hand rail and wipe any marks with white vinegar. If this were a family car (they cost similar), you would spend much more to maintain it, so overall I cant complain. Buyers should know what they are getting into however. Knowing the above would not have deterred me, but I may have designed the environment around the spa a little better.

Our Great Staycation After our last holiday we decided we needed a pool at home, but couldn’t for a few reasons, (space, rock ). We discovered the concept of a Swim Spa while watching The Chase, and went straight to Spa World to take a look. Elaine answered all of our questions and more and we have since taken delivery of our Vortex Aqualap Pro Plus. The delivery team did an amazing job getting it over the fence and into a tight spot and even came on a Sunday after rain stopped play on the Friday. We have been at home all day everyday since delivery, so it has saved our sanity. A fantastic investment we are so, so happy about.

Seamless!! We use the spa between five or six times a week for approximately 30 mins. Very easy to maintain - including balancing the water quality and cleaning. Elaine was very informative and extremely helpful from day one. The delivery and installation of the spa was complex due to the property location on a busy main street and also having to manoeuvre the spa between trees with a small crane to its final destination. The process was seamless and Elaine called before, during and after the installation to confirm it all went well. She has called since to check if it is working well and we are enjoying it. 5* :)

The fires over Christmas /New Year saw us delay delivery for safety reasons which was no problem, great followup from the whole team. The delivery guys were great, spa perfectly positioned and easy to follow instructions to set it up. Elaine’s followup was spot on. Can’t recommend Spa world highly enough & we can’t imagine life without our spa. The hard part now is getting out!

Spa World very professional Spa World has been very professional and helpful from the get-go. Elaine was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly in explaining features of pool spa and 'best fit' for us. She followed up quickly on matters when we had a change of plans after we put a deposit on spa and kept us apprised of how things were going before delivery. Installation was handled very well and slight crack at bottom of one strap was noted by installer and fixed when technician came to install heat pump. Can thoroughly recommend Spa World.

New spa at Malua Bay NSW My wife and I purchased a three person spa from the Canberra store. The customer service and advice provided by Elaine was excellent. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of all things about spas. She helped us choose the right one and we were very happy with the price and the delivery time frame. We live on the south coast of NSW and the delivery went without a hitch. It came on a truck from Sydney on time and was located on our deck at the back of the house without any issues. New Spa Purchase We have recently purchased our second Vortex spa from Spa World. After having purchased one about 6 years ago and then selling our house (and leaving the spa behind) we purchased another one exactly the same for our new property. The family consensus was we couldn't get by without one at our new house after having the comfort of one for the last 6 years. It's now fully installed and getting used every day. Vortex Cobalt Avannte I bought a vortex cobalt avente from Elaine K at Spa World Fyshwick in Canberra. I was really happy with the service I got from Elaine. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I bought my spa mid January and it was delivered at my house end of January 2020. The delivery guys were very competent and made the whole process so easy. They loaded the spa on a flat bed trolley and seemlessly moved it to my back yard. The whole process took less than 15 minutes including unloading it from the truck. The product itself is great so far. I bought a product with UV sanitiser system so that I need to use minimal chemicals. It's jets and heating system is efficient and powerful and meets my needs. I have looked at few other products out there and I can definitely say you get what you pay for. There are definitely cheaper products out there but these do cost more in the long run in term of energy and chemical usage. By having a well insulated spa, you save on lot of energy costs. By having a decent filtration system including UV sanitiser, you need alot less chlorine (1.5 teaspoon after each use or same quantity once a week if you're not using). This saves you money in the long run, not to mention not having to deal with chlorine smell whilst you're in the spa. I would be very happy to recommend spaworld products.

Very happy with our spa Very happy with the spa, have used it extensively, and become very popular with friends and family. It was a bit more work to prepare than I expected but the delivery and installation was smooth and quick. The concreter and crane company recommended were excellent. The electrician was a disappointment but my feedback was quickly responded to.

Great service and an awesome product.... We've had the Vortex Mercury spa for a month now and we absolutely love it. Everything Elaine (Spa World, Fyshwick) told us about the Spa was factual and helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with and dispelled all of our reservations. We find the spa refreshing in the hotter weather especially after Elaine advised us how to reduce the heat, and we just love the therapeutic massages and the light show after dark! It's easy to maintain, practically cleans itself and is economical to use with our solar panels.

Spaworld & Elaine Vortex Spas from Spaworld are one of the best purchases we have done in quite some time. Our Spa (Nitro) has been a total hit with our 3 year old boy as well. The hydro therapy component of the spa has been great. After a hard day at work/gym/playing sport, spending time there feels absolutely amazing. Very easy to fall asleep in it. The amount of customisable features available in the Vortex spa can end up making a very unique experience for you. Highly recommend Vortex spa for any family of any size. It was also great working with Elaine. She took the time to understand our needs and suggested the spa that would be perfect for our requirement and our entertaining capacity. She has been very helpful even after the sale, helping us make sure we are using the right amount of chemicals, as Australian conditions are different than other countries, and the chemical requirements can get a bit confusing. Customer focus Went to Spa World at Fyshwick, Canberra to get information to help me choose an outdoor spa. The showroom was roomy and well presented and all the spas one could try (dry!) for size were very clean. The state of cleanliness contrasted with two competitors whose display spas were very dusty and dirty. Elaine was very knowledgable about the range of spas and accessories and over a few visits and numerous emails helped me make a decision on an available spa to meet my needs. Now I look forward to being able to do a review on the product once installed.

Elaine asked me a few questions and from my answers, I finally knew which swim spa suited me. No other spa company offered any suggestions or advice on what would suit me better. 2 person Gemini Spa from Spa World is a GEM (no pun intended)! We saw the 2-person Gemini spa at the Royal Easter Show in Sydney. We didn't even know such a thing existed. Vortex Swim Spa We purchased our Vortex Swim Spa in late January, which was delivered early April. From start to finish I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We entered the shop with only a vague idea of what we were looking for. Elaine greeted us and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. No question was too hard or too silly. Love my Spectrum Spa! Recently purchased a Spectrum spa from Vortex spas in Osborne Park and we could not be happier with it! From sales to delivery, it was flawless. Mark (sales manager) was very helpful in explaining everything from maintenance and answering all our questions and what sized spa was most suited for our us. He was literally just at the other end of the line. He was great and kept the spa in store with a fixed price until we were ready to have it. The delivery people were also very accommodating as we didn't have much allowance at the sides for it to be wheeled in but they were able to work around it - this way we didn't have to pay huge amounts for a hiab crane! After sales is also very helpful with a live chat plus a website with a huge list of answers for anything and everything spa-related. Will highly recommend this company!!!

Professional service and a top quality product We use our spa at least 5 times per week. Maintenance is almost zero. A matter of adding sanitizer after each use and cleaning the filters monthly. it really is set and forget.

Loooove my swimspa from Spa World We bought the vortex swimspa, and chose a spa that was in stock to ensure pre-christmas delivery. Our sales representative Elaine Kalache made sure that happened, even though we had a last minute delay on our end (due to bad weather) she shuffled deliveries around to make sure we still got the spa before christmas. And even after the sale, she has kept in touch to make sure we are happy, and to assist with any questions we may have. I highly recommend Spa World if you are looking for a spa, and in particular Elaine's helpful service in the Canberra store.

Love it After looking at several different spa companies to work out what styles/options were available I was very happy with the information and service provided by Trent Williams from Spa World Dandenong. Trent answered all my questions and told me exactly what I wanted to know to help make my final decision and choice in colour and options. The spa was installed on time with the installers being very careful and doing a great job and being very helpful, The follow up VIP visit to run through operation settings and maintenance was exceptionally helpful and most appreciated. As it is an outdoor spa which sits near our pool we had a pool cover made to protect the spa from the elements when not in use. We use the spa regularly, maintenance is reasonably easy and love the heating options available. One of the best purchases I have made for my relaxation health and it looks fantastic in our pool area.

A great choice! After debating whether or not to install a pool, a swim spa or a spa we finally decided to go with a spa. Fabulous product and service Elaine at Fyshwick has been fabulous from the time we walked into the show room through to answering questions post spa installation. Spa World Fyshwick ACT Being from out of town I spent quite a bit of time online looking at the options for a new spa (including reviews) before narrowing down to a couple of companies. Not only did the Vortex spas best meet my requirements, but when I went into Fyshwick to look in person, Elaine was excellent. She showed me the range/features etc, listened to my requirements and her input definitely led to a better choice. The spa was delivered and installed within 2 weeks from order which was exceptional. As impressed as I was with the pre-sale support, the fact that a minor heat pump installation issue was rectified very quickly (esp noting I live in the "sticks") shows true dedication to customer satisfaction. After a few weeks of daily use I could not be happier with the spa. If you are after a new spa in the greater Canberra region and think that the Spa World range may have something suitable then I suggest you drop in to see Elaine.

I cannot second the spa or the service I cannot second the spa or the service we purchased through Spa Word. Our family has been looking for a spa for some time and we came across Spa World during a promotion. Elaine at the Fyshwick store was very knowledgeable about the range of products and helpful in selecting a spa that met our needs. We purchased a vortex mercury in September and received delivery of it in late October. It is an absolute gem. Elaine was very helpful with the initial setup/questions we had, and we cannot thank her enough for responding to our queries after hours. A second to non-service which we really appreciated. We decided to go with the vortex due to its construction. We have setup the spa in weekend mode (only heats up Friday to Sunday) and set the temperature to 35. The spa is well insulated, the lowest I have seen the temperature drop over the 4 days was 30, on average it maintains about 32. If you are a young family like us or this is your first spa, I couldn’t fault it as your first choice. The jets are powerful and there is enough space for a family to socialise or enjoy a relaxing evening together. It takes very little effort to maintain which is a bonus given how busy we are. If you are Canberra and looking for a spa this is where you should go. Elaine, thanks again for everything. Family is loving the purchase.

life changing Great spa that has changed our life. Brendon that did the VIP handover was excellent and Dot that did the sale was perfect and helped us out a lot. The delivery department and accounts should look at making big improvements in customer relations. After the sale, accounts and delivery staff seem to have zero care for the customer. I did report a problem with a headrest at arrival, found while I was cleaning out the dirt from the delivery guys walking inside the spa when unloading it. This headrest was replaced with no problem, no fuss and arrived two days latter. Great service but just don't expect the delivery guys to have a care factor or maybe they just had one bad day.

Don’t overcapitalise your Canberra house: get a swim spa My wife has always missed having a pool, and I have always resisted because a pool in Canberra gets used about 20 days a year and is otherwise unpleasantly cold. For hydrotherapy use, however, we finally decided on an insulated heated swim spa. Elaine was knowledgeable and relevant with all our questions regarding access at our mature age, and we negotiated a contract immediately. The product was delivered 2 weeks early, and installation was perfectly organised, electrician references, cranes, heat pump installation. The online predelivery sheets are also concise and relevant, giving us confidence that we were technically ready. After two weeks, we use it often and even trot out in sub zero weather when ice is on the covers. Build quality is superior from my engineer’s perspective, and we are very pleased with our decision to drop in to spa world for a brief look around(!) Thanks go to Elaine, she understands the product in great depth and advised us honestly about products suiting our needs.

A spa in the country! Getting our choice of spa 6 hours west of Sydney was never going to be easy. However having Elaine from sales & Mario & co from service departments made the process manageable. Excellant Spa We purchased out spa from Gregory Hills and the purchase part went well but when it came to delivery, we were hit with a hefty extra fee to use the truck's crane which initially we were told that it would not be needed, (we showed them photos of the access site etc). Also, they changed our delivery date & time at the very last minute which meant we had to rearrange our schedule and cancel a family outing so that we could be present for delivery. The Spa it self is wonderful, we have had it for 3 months now and use it nearly everyday. A couple of weeks back we received a call asking feedback and I told them that we were very disappointed with the delivery process and the extra charge we were not expecting to have to pay, they apologized and sent us three free filters & a $25 gift voucher. I would recommend their spas without a doubt but just be careful with the extra potential costs of delivery.

Excetional Service - Great Spa - Really easy to get going We received our spa a couple of weeks ago. Never having had a spa before I was a little apprehensive as to how things would go when I turned on the power after filling it with water. Not a problem. Have been enjoying it since. Great service from all the staff at Spa World and a great spa that lived up to every expectation set by the brochures and web site.

Great spa - great service and advice Elaine at Fyshwick provided great advice and covered the details of the order extremely well. Delivery and timing went as expected. The delivery turned up on time, but left me with a considerable pile of packaging to dispose of. Installation of the cover lifter was a little problematic, as it is clearly designed for a timber deck. My concrete slab required some Dyna bolts and surgery on the brackets. After the electrician had installed the power, the whole package has been excellent. Spa world (Elaine) has been great answering all our follow up questions.

It has turned our home into a CASTLE We had our Swim spa delivered early 2017 and are so delighted with it. swim spa we purchased a 5.85m swim spa online , talked to Joanne and arranged delivery to the door a 60 ton crane picked it up off the truck at 9.am ,lifted it over the house onto the pad ,the electrician wired it up while it was filling with water at 4pm, I turned it on and dived in ,i have rang the support line a few times to learn all the settings and Joanne to do some fine tuning of the times to run with my Solar power ,we are swimming 4 times a day getting lots of exercise , very happy with the product and the service thanks Joanne for you help and doing the arranging the delivery

100%amazing I was a bit of a pain right from the start coz the builders were behind schedule on my new place. Thankfully Jo was extremely kind professional and honest. She stuck by her word and kept my deposit open for months till I was ready to order the right spa. This was hard coz I was ordering online and I was putting on a balcony I hadn’t stepped foot on the the units were a no go zone. Jo guided me perfectly to the exact spa that suits me beautifully. Their Delivery was Spot On Time Wise When we ordered our Swim Spa back in late Oct last year, my wife wanted a blue shell instead the Std white shell colour, and we were told yes it can happen however it won't be delivered until early Feb. It actually arrived in 1 Feb and all is working well. We also appreciated the follow up phone calls and emails from Joanne both prior to and post delivery. Most unusual , as these days, once they have your money, many suppliers are no longer interested in you, so it a pleasant change to have supplier contact following delivery. Good marketing, as word of mouth is important for future sales. I would rate Spa World as a good supplier of a well built product.

Service non existent except on the end of a telephone. Whilst happy with the spa I had it delivered by normal delivery guy who had no expertise, other than to put it on my deck. We had to set up and get working ourselves. Last spa I had years ago had a person to set up and explain things - made things much easier. Spa itself is good.

Several years ago we purchased a swim spa at the Melbourne Show , Joanne was amazingly helpful and helped us decide on the right swim spa for us. We purchased the swim spa to then find through local area topography we were unable to go ahead. Joanne was amazing throughout the whole harrowing experience. We promised her if we were ever in the position to purchase a swim spa again we would contact her. Having worked in retail and knowing over several years you deal with hundreds if not thousand of customers when we rang Joanne we did not expect her to remember us. Joanne not only remembered us she again using her outstanding knowledge about her products and her customers requirements ,was able to advise and assist us through our now purchased Vortex aqua-lap pro plus swim spa. Joanne has helped through the entire process of what without her would of been a daunting task. Outstanding customer service Elaine from Fyshwick Im not one to write reviews but my experience needs to be shared as you dont find customer service like this anymore. I have had a spa for over 8 years but my husband would look after and maintain it. He suddenly died last year so I was left to take all his duties on my own. I went to 2 spa shops in Canberra and asked them what I needed to do to start my spa again as I was clueless. Both stores brushed me off made me feel so unwelcome and didnt assist me. I googled spas and spa world came up so and thought I would try there as that was my last resort. I walked in and met Elaine, I asked her if she could help me. She sat me down and wrote down and explained everything I needed to do to start up my spa. I was in the store for a while as she gave me a whole run down. She also recommended I can get everything I needed from spastore.com.au and even gave me their number and said they would be more then happy to assist me. Before I left she gave me her card and said to me if I needed help once I filled it up to call her. I walked out of there and for I couldnt stop thinking of what a lovely kind lady she was to go out of her way and be so friendly and help me when she was not making money from me. I called her yesterday afternoon and she remembered who I was and was more then helpful to answer my couple of questions I had. I had to share this experience because it is very rare to find customer service like this these days. Exceptional customer service from Elaine in Canberra We recently bought a Hydrozone Pro Swim Spa from Elaine at Spa World in Canberra and the customer service, even after delivery, has been exceptional. It’s rare to be able to say that someone has truly exceeded expectations, but Elaine continues to do so. The spa itself is brilliant; it’s exactly what we were after and we got exactly what we expected, no surprises. What has made this experience truly exceptional, though, has been Elaine herself. Before we made our decision to buy, she took the time to understand how we and the kids would use the spa and pool in order to ensure that we ordered the right unit. She also ensured that it met our needs for simplicity of maintenance (weekly, not daily, chemical dosing), and economical heating (additional heat pump for the pool). However, the real customer service began after delivery. The day of delivery she called us (even though it was after 6pm on a Friday) to talk us through the spa controls, and to ensure we set everything up correctly, including chemical dosing. She has since followed up with us to ensure we’re happy, she has provided chemical and water quality advice, helped me resolve a cloudy water issue (note – make sure the pH is correct!!), and even helped me with our first spastore.com.au order. Thank you Elaine – you have made what could have been a daunting and difficult purchase simple and pleasurable. We love our spa and pool and can't stay out of them!!! Went to a few places which weren't helpful or knowledgeable, was told to look up their website and then go to Sydney to view their swim spas. My last stop was Spa World in Fyshwick, Canberra. Elaine was fantastic from the moment we stepped in. Professional, listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. She let us step into a dry one on display, to get a feel for it's size, etc. This alone was great but this lovely lady went further. She absolutely knows her products, because she uses them herself. She understood what our needs were and went above and beyond with her time and generosity, so much so that we ended up ordering our swim spa that day. This service continued even days after we left the store, I texted her with a small concern and she allowed us to come back and have a go in the full swim spa on display, which helped us with our concern. Well done Spa World for opening a big display centre in Canberra and for having such an asset as Elaine in your store. I would not have purchased the swim spa that day had it not been for her. Give this girl a pay rise........she deserves it!!!!! Anyone looking for a spa in Canberra, don't waste time anywhere else, go see Elaine at Spa World. Now I just have to wait for it to arrive.

Aqualap Pro + Smartstream Avante - PERFECT .. Service brilliant Late Last year, I was on my way to Bunnings to get the usual "sausage sandwich" and remember the Spa World advertisement I had seen, and thought "why not just go and have a look?" I located the brand new premises in Fyshwick ACT and took a punt and went and had a look at the varying designs. At the time I had a 'normal' 4 person cedar finished spa, which was nearly 10 years old. After some discussion with Elaine K at Spa World Canberra, I was sold!!!! deposit paid and I realised I had made a massive investment, which would add significant value to my home. Elaine and her team were brilliant through out the entire process. Spa arrived on time as promised and I haven't been out of it since... Best purchase ever made! I purchased the swim/play spa sight unseen after an 'enquiry' telephone conversation I had with Joanne. I was a tad anxious but went ahead and placed the order. Joanne had it all organised and delivered (6hrs away from the city) and I haven't looked back. As this was a newbuild deck, the Plumber/Electrician and Builder were given extremely clear guidelines to follow with no issues whatsoever. Joanne's expertise and attention to detail are second to none. The swim spa is extremely easy to maintain and certainly looks great in our new deck. I can't recommend this product and Joanne's professionalism highly enough. A great team all round. Well done Joanne!

Vortex Swim Spa Aqua Gym Max Pro Plus Very good quality spa and excellent customer service from SPA World. We had a few small issues that have been addressed immediately. If you are 6.4ft tall you can consider 1.5m deep swim spa as it will be better for swimming. If you are in Brisbane you can use Astek Cranes they did job very well for half price. Bubbles. bliss and great service My husband has nagged for 30 years about getting a spa. I wasn't as keen. I finally gave in and we went to Gregory Hills Spa World and met Lili. What a salesperson!No pressure selling techniques-just advice on which to make an informed decision. We bought the spa and the heat converter thingie that saves 70% of the electricity used to run the unit. Why did I wait sooooooo long to own a spa. It is fabulous, there is even a cooler compartment for my bottle of wine. What more could a girl ask for. Oh and any questions, just talk to Joanne she knows her stuff. I highly recommend Spa World to everyone who wants to be relaxed and sleep like a baby every night of the week. Stock up on the aromatherapy it is divine.

Great choice So glad we bought a Vortex swimspa. Service was excellent. So much better than a small pool. Cheaper, more fun, we can use it all year and next to no maintenance.

Terrific product & support We bought a Vortex spa 3 years ago from Spa World and have no hesitation recommending the product or company to friends. The maintenance is mostly automatic, keeping the water crystal clear. Spa World service from delivery, user training for setting the pH level, to providing supplies has been very professional. Dianne's concern and ability to get us filters urgently was impressive when I recently visited the Gregory Hills store.

Palladium spa in Gregory Hills We went into the showroom at Gregory Hills where we met Dianne Kalache. Never owning a spa we weren't sure on what was involved with them , maintenance and different types. Dianne was very helpful and took the time to show us through the showroom . Asking what we would like the spa for. After finding out , she was able to show us a few different spas. Once we decided on which one we were interested in, Dianne also helped us to get quotes on a crane to lift the spa into backyard as well as someone to do the slab/ electrical as well as decking around the spa. She was always there whenever we wanted to ask a question about the delivery or the spa . Would highly recommend seeing Dianne to get a spa

Swim spa in Canberra We live in Canberra and decided to go to Spa World in Campbelltown to look for a spa. We have never owned one before so it was all new to us. Dianne was lovely and very informative. She showed us through the range, explained the different features of different brands and the care required to upkeep the spa. We had no hesitation in purchasing a swim spa from her that day. We found the display range was excellent so we were easily able to decide what we needed and Dianne arranged for the spa to be stored while we finished landscaping and for the delivery with everything we would need to get started using the spa. She has also followed up with us to see that we are happy with our purchase and aren't having any issues with using it. Overall the entire experience has been positive and we are now enjoying soaking in our beautiful swim spa.

Wow love my swim spar We have had our spa since Febuary .Joanne Abdel from Spaworld. Newcastle was amazing with her knowledge and help ,she took our needs into account and fitted in with us . We had a couple of hick ups the customer service and back up was and is outstanding . We live on the northern tablelands so it can get pretty cold -3 degrees and less , it is sooo stimulating exercising when the steam rises and it is so cold out. Love it use it nearly every day best thing we have invested in .Thanks Jo and Spaworld for all your on going surport would recomend you to anyone who is thinking about a pool .

Great Product & Amazing Customer Service We have purchased vortex xenon spa from Spa World Seven Hills in May 2017 - very happy with the spa, been used a lot ( although it's still winter). Customer Service is amazing & very responsive. Great customer experience Last year when we commenced building a new home at Fern Bay, (suburb of Newcastle), we started to look at a spa for our new house. Our knowledge of spas was very limited and we called on a couple of Spa retailers but came away feeling more confused. We then decided to go down to our local SpaWorld store at Seven Hills and aren't we glad we did. Elaine Kalache was the Consultant who attended to us and we really struck the jackpot with her. She took the time to find out what we wanted to get out of our spa and then matched this with various models of spas. We found her product knowledge was so good and trusted her advice. She continued to provide us with the same first class service through every step of our spa being delivered, then followed up to ensure we had no problems getting the spa up and running. Whilst our spa was only installed in mid June and our experience with it is still very limited we are more than happy. Our experience with the whole team at SpaWorld was most positive and we are pleased to recommend them if you are considering purchase of a spa.

Excellency Product and a great Company to deal with..... Shortly after purchasing our new home we decided to invest in a Sap from Spa World. Over a year later we think it is the best investment we have made on the property because it has been a lifestyle changer! My wife ordered the spa and was very happy with sales manager's service (Spa World - Brisbane) and suggestions. The Spa was delivered within a few days the guys who delivered it were extremely helpful, they new the product backwards and gave us lots of tips on the to do's/not to do's with owning a Spa. That made a big difference because we were a little apprehensive about being able to maintain the water quality etc. and what maintenance would be required. In the first few weeks we had a few follow up conversations with Spa World regarding teething problems and found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. Apart from the great service from Spa World the best experience is the actual Spa, we have used it everyday for over a year and the whole family loves it, I have a 15 min Spa before I leave for work in the mornings, it's is a great way to start your day. My wife suffers from arthritis has found it very beneficial for revealing swelling in her joints and she is convinced it alleviates the severity of her condition. I have had lower back problems and as soon as I start to feel my back bother me I am in the Spa and 9 times out of 10 I don't get a flare up. We own a farm and there is nothing better than at the end of a hard days work to kick back and relax in the Spa...we are very happy customers and after more than a year of continual use the quality of the product stacks up..

Lived up to its expectation and more! It is now 16 months since we had our spa installed. We are extremely pleased with it and the various functions that it has. David was the sales person and was very helpful. The installers were exceptional and we could not thank them enough as they made the job so simple. The spa has functioned very well and providing we treat it in accordance with the recommendations provided we believe it will continue to provide a lot of pleasure for a long time. Beautiful and relaxing I signed up at the spa show in Perth after seeing them at the Perth Home show. I did some research and the brand looked reliable. Delivery was great, although I mad an error and we had to organise a crane. Which cost extra, but my error :( I have had problems getting the water to balance, but the phone support and Mark have been great. I am concerted about the running costs at the moment as it appears much higher than the advertising material suggested. This is a major concern for us at the moment, but we are still enjoying the spa.

Great family spa Spectrum Spa World Osborne Park: Mark and the installers have been very helpful in the install and clearing up any questions I had. The customer support has been top shelf with finding the correct parts from filters, jets and chemicals. After using this for a few months from every day use to friend coming over it has been a hit with everyone that tried it. I would recommend the Spectrum Avante for any family

Great product and service We ordered a swim spa from Mark at Vortex Spas Osborne Park WA and have been thrilled with the product. We didn't want to rush into the decision given the cost and Mark was always willing to help out, provide information, and let us test the product. We didn't feel pushed or rushed into out purchase and appreciated the honesty from Mark every step of the way. Beau and the other installers also provided a great service and were very friendly - taking us through the product and describing how to operate and maintain the spa. Fantastic! Our family, and friends, have enjoyed using the spa and the kids have been in there almost every day since it was installed. Obviously a swim spa is not a cheap product but we feel that is a worthwhile purchase of a quality product that will give our family a lot of joy for many years.

Loving my Swim Spa I signed up at the Perth Home Show 2017 to purchase my swim spa. A swim /spa was never on my list of purchases as I had previously owned a below ground fibreglass swimming pool with an attached spa (Non heated). I found that the pool was costing a fortune in chemicals, etc to maintain and was only being used about 3 to 4 months of the year. I loved the look and the flexibility of the spa/pool and was easily talked into purchasing it with a variety of free additions included. The swim spa arrived exactly on time as agreed with Vortex Spas Osborne Park WA, and was lowered into position using a hiab truck. The swim/spa was packaged so well it could have fallen of the back of the truck and never been scratched. My only criticism at that time was the spa/pool was left fully wrapped and the 2 man crew left. It took a few hours to full unwrap everything then I was left with an enormous amount of packing, plastic and cardboard to discard. I would expect a lot better service when you fork out $30,000. I have now had the swim/spa installed for 6 weeks now and it is used almost daily due to the external heat pump which keeps the temperature exactly where I want it. Nothing better than sitting in the spa on a cold winters night with the water temperature at around 37celsius and looking up to the stars with a glass of wine in hand. I cannot fault the craftsmanship and quality of my swim spa. Looking forward to the warmer months for more family use and parties. Don't expect to hear from the company after installation though, as the only contact that has been made is a text to ask me to write this review. I figure they must be selling so many of these that they don't or can't get around to checking on customers. Great product. Poor customer service in my view.

Relax and unwind Love our new spa - good for parents and kids! It's a great way to unwind after work, enjoy playtime with the kids and do some exercise. Extra depth definitely worth it and we are using it in winter as much as in summer when we bought it. Hasn't made a big difference to either power or water bills which was a big plus and it looks great. We saved significant money choosing the above ground swim spa over a pool in terms of landscaping & fencing etc. Very happy with our decision. 4 instead of 5 due to a few teething problems with the install that spa world have helped to resolve. All good & highly recommend to anyone considering a pool/spa.

I am very happy with the choice we made we are in the spa on cold evenings which would never happen in a pool. the jets are great therapy for aches and pains from training I love it. Vortex Spas Osborne Park WA Just bought an awesome 2 person Spa. Quick local delivery and fantastic service and support. Even when I did not listen and got the set up all wrong. The Rep (Mark) spent some valuable time on the Phone and sent me some emails (on a weekend) until I finally got it right, Thanks Mate !! The Gemini is perfect for the wife and I. It fits 2 people easily but we use it a single person. Don't want a large Party Spa so this helps us to relax. Works awesome, great pressure, nice light show and with the upgraded version, we get some very nice extras. Cheaper to run as it has a lot less water to heat and maintain than the bigger "party" Spas. Definitely Recommend for Singles or couples. Not Recommended for Party Animals or people who love to share big Spas with lots of near naked friends :-)

New house, new spa Excellent service, excellent product. I bought my first spa from Spa World Warners Bay in 2011 and I am more than happy to be a return customer to buy my second spa. I originally bought the Vortex Mercury spa and it exceeded my expectations - So when it came time to move houses, it was time to buy a new spa and I could not go anywhere else. The guys at Warners Bay Spa world, were really helpful and had excellent product knowledge. When it came time for installation the guys who installed the spa were excellent to talk with and very professional. As someone who suffers from a chronic illness, a spa was a great purchase. It has saved me hundreds of dollars a month in physio and hydrotherapy costs. I am more than happy to recommend Warners Bay Spa World and the Mercury spa.

Spa World Dandenong After visiting a lot of spa manufacturers/sellers, we made the 500km trek to Dandenong (we live near the Victorian - South Australian Border) So glad we did. Met Trent who took the time to go over what we were looking for. Recommended the Vortex Nitro HP Avante spa after getting us to sit in their spa range. Delivery occurred on the date advised. We had a small hiccup a week later when one of the pumps stopped working and advised Trent. Fixed within 24 hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trent to anyone looking for a spa. No pushy sales, no on and on haggling for a good price, no lack of after sales service. Amazing Spa, fantastic price, delivered on time, pre and after sales service is exceptional.

Great swimming, great purchase process We purchased a Vortex Aqualap Pro Plus swim spa just before Christmas from Dianne at Spa World. Dianne made the process very easy and we were so pleased that Spaworld managed to get our swim spa in place before the Christmas break. We were locating the swim spa in our shed so were a bit concerned the delivery and locating the spa would be difficult but the driver put the spa in place easily and with our electrician's help we had the spa operational 2 days later. Since then we have had enormous fun for very little effort in maintenance. Water chemistry has been relatively simple to get right and with the benefit of the UV and Ozonator built into the spa we haven't had to use much chlorine at all. Swimming against the swim jets takes a while to get used to but once you have found your perfect speed and combination of jets the exercise you get is truly excellent. The kids love the laminar jets and bubbles and their swimming has come on so much since we got the spa. I highly recommend a hybrid heat pump installation as this has made heating the device much more economical than using the usual heat element. Electricity usage is much lower since that was connected. The heat pump installers used by spa world have been very good and came back and helped us lift the unit after we had a water drainage issue to resolve. Overall I would highly recommend purchasing a spa through Dianne or any of the spa world staff. They made the process easy and enjoyable.

Enjoying My New Swim Spa I had a great experience with Dianne and the team at Spa world. The purchasing process was simple and I always got a fast response to any questions or concerns during the process. I was deciding on a full pool or one of these new swim spas and I must say......My Vortex Aquagym Max Pro is absolutely Awesome!. I've been using it for 3 months and its super simple to maintain. We had a complicated install using a 100t Crane and a full road closure to lift it over the house and the team were great in helping me with the coordination and making sure it all ran smoothly.

Best birthday present ever I've had my spa for only three weeks and love it. I have arthritis and light exercise in the spa is helping already and relaxing in the spa in the evenings with the lights and massage is heaven. Verry Happy Customers We just recently purchased the Vortex Aqualap from the Seven Hills store and was looked after by Elaine and i would have to say it was a pleasure dealing with her,she really knows her product and you can tell she believes in what she sells .We where in and out and the spa was delivered quick. Spa bubbles, lights & fun! Joanne from Spa World head office and Mark from Vortex spa's Osborne Park organised for our spa to be ordered & delivered after Joonadalup Spa World went out of business and kept our deposit. The delivery staff were very helpful with positioning the spa and providing instructions on how to use it. Once power was connected, Mark helped me with advice over the phone on how to release air from the pipes and get the water fountains flowing. It has been bubbles, lights & fun with friends and family over the past four months. Very happy with our spa purchase and the service provided by Mark & Joanne.

Loving our Swim Spa We bought our swim spa from Mark in WA who is fantastic. Very knowledgable and gave us a great deal on an excellent product. He followed up several times after purchase to make sure we were happy...and we are! Very low maintenance, with few chemicals and very little cleaning. It is great for kids parties and my hubby and I can even swim 'laps' for exercise. The kids just love it and are in there all day.

"Heaven" We are spa babies ever since we started dating over 25 years ago. Now retired and living the life we were keen to purchase a new spa. From David at the Easter Show in Sydney to the Perth Home Show we have dealt with very friendly and informative staff. Our communication with Mark from the WA branch has been professional and friendly and regular emails tips and updates have kept us well informed. Delivery guys were amazing and provided many tips on setup and running. Our spa is the envy of our friends and maintenance and cleaning is a breeze. If you do have back pain or arthritis we can strongly recommend buying a Vortex spa. We are in "heaven"!!

Two different Spa Worlds - worlds apart for service Initially we purchased the spa through Clark Rubber in Midland who had a deal with the Spa World Franchise in Joondalup. Michael at Clark Rubber was great and would remain so throughout what was to become a 8 month trial with Spa World in Joondalup. $5000 deposit paid and Spa world Joondalup kept telling Mike and Me that its "in a container". Finally I cancelled with Clark Rubber who immediately returned my money and was left to clean up with Spa World Joondalup. I decided to give Spa World a piece of my mind and got on to Joanne in Sydney who was able to shed some light on the issue including how Spa World Joondalup was loosing their franchise due to their ongoing issues. Joanne then worked with me to renew the deal with their newly opened (2016) Spa World store in Perth run by Mark. Joanne and I made the deal, Mark was to then organise the delivery and install. From this point everything has been good. Mark kept us informed, the lads who delivered the spa were first rate and went above and beyond. While I planned to do the plumbing connections for the Spa, I found that the spa was not plumbed for the external heat unit. I called Mike explaining that I was uncomfortable cutting into the myriad of pipes and that my expectations was that it should have come fitted for the heater pump. He agreed and organised for an installer to come up and do the work which ended being first class. Installed now for four months, I found pressure flagging on some waterfall outlets. Another call to Mark and with his advice all remedied in about 25 minutes. I have found the staff and quality of the unit excellent. Spa or pool question - combine them with the Aqua Gym. Kids love it and later on we oldies can kick them out and enjoy some comfort other than just swimming.

Vortex Spas like to thank the professionalize of the Mark from the WA showroom his knowledge that he gave us was very helpful for us in purchase our spa, We did not get this with other spa retailers in the area. He was in contact with us all the time from the purchase to the deliver. The Vortex spa we purchased is the best buy of the year, we are in it every day.

Up and running Pool or Spa??? One visit to Vortex Spa's in Perth and the decision was very easy. Mark the Spa Rep full of knowledge and information invited the whole family to come back at the weekend to try out the swim spa in the shop, 4 months later we are the proud owners of an all singing all dancing swim spa. Best Purchase Ever Made. Having recently purchased a Vortex Cobalt Spa from the Osborne Park Spa World in WA, I could not have asked for a more professional, reliable and exceptional product. We visited many different showrooms and Spa World in Osborne Park was our best experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Mark Baugh who's knowledge on all aspects of the Spa industry was second to none. We found him to be professional but yet informative and not a pushy sales reprensative like some others we came across. Upon ordering our spa it was delivered on time and the installation was flawless. Having had our Spa now for approximately 3 months we really can't imagine not having one. It is easy to use, maintain and very therapeutic and enjoyed by all the family on an almost daily basis. I am 100% satisfied with the service and quality received from Mr Baugh and would not hesitate in recommending him to any future clients.

Obtaining Vortex Aqualap This review is for those who are thinking about adding swim spa to their lifestyle. Here I will be mainly commenting on the process off obtaining a swim spa. I have given an excellent mark to Spa World for the following reasons: - I have done detailed research online about the swim spa, but once I have entered Spa World Dandenong is when the real fun begun. Initially I spoke to Craig who was very informative about the product, installation requirements and running costs. He and his colleagues despite the Christmas mad rush were able to help me with any questions which arose during the preparation stage. -Preparation was a big part in obtaining the swim spa, because I needed to get the following : ~building surveyor ( NicholsonWright ph:03 95559511 , at Moorabbin, but able to travel anywhere in Melbourne) who was very helpful and thoroughly informative. These where vital qualities because without a building permit I wasn't able to install the swim spa. Getting a permit required some information from the council due to an easement on my property (which you may not have) and meeting the requirements on application checklist (provided by NicholsonWright) ~next I need an electrician. I used and highly recommend Luke from PARKER Electrical Solutions ph: 0433091600 , he is also available to travel in Melbourne. He and his team was very helpful in understanding what the job needed. They worked with spa installation before and he had a good concept of how to do things practically and less costly. Luke was punctual and worked great with other teams (ie: installation day when the spa had to be rolled into position) Luke was detrimental in helping me with connection to other tradesmen including the concreter Jye. ( Luke has working relationships with landscaper, builder, pool fence constructor and other trades men you might need, so it's a good idea to be in touch with him!) ~Jye Siegersma Concrete Works duilt the base for the swim spa. Ph: 0437524013, Jye is also available to work in Melbourne anywhere. Jye was very professional, punctual and helpful in giving me ideas of how I can save time and money ( which was very vital) in getting the spa. He has done a great job to make the concrete platform look like a feature of our garden since we are having on above ground swim spa. ~Bruce from Conway Cranes ( I hope I got the spelling right ) ph: Spa World Dandenong- will provide. Purchasing a spa is one thing but to get it into the preferred location is an other. That is where Bruce and his team came in. Having him inspect your sight and help you determine the best way to lift the spa into position can save you thousands in crane costs. He was very informative and helpful, not to mention punctual. ~Pete and his team were sent from Spa World to deliver and install the swim spa. They did a good job despite the Christmas rush and pressure they where under. ~I had to get temporary pool fence around the steps. It's costly but safety first! I used 1300TempFence, they are fine. ~For the permanent glass fence I choose an Australian made product. Which is rather costly, however it comes with 15 years guaranty. If anything goes wrong I can get them fix it. However if I go with somewhat cheaper imported alternative I wouldn't have that option and having glass I don't want to take that risk. David from Nu Lite Balustrading helped me to get the quote and upon visiting their showroom in Dandenong South I was able to get a more complete image what the product will look like. I highly recommend to visit the showroom, because you might be able to get ideas and inspiration you haven't thought before. They are also available to travel and install in Melbourne anywhere. ~Last but not least Ananda was sent out from Spa World to organise the handover and organised a great plumber I think his name was Michael) to install the heat pump which I choose to purchase as an additional item to the spa . The heat pump will reduce the cost of heating. This is an optional extra which can be added at any stage. However I decided to get it done from the beginning, because I will be heating the water all the time. Both men were very professional and Ananda still is available for any questions and help I might need since I only got the spa just before Christmas Day. I highly recommend all the people I mentioned here, because everyone was helpful and professional, not to mention punctuality- which can be a rear trade.

Minor issue with delivery, but overall very happy We recently purchased the Vortex Mercury Avante at the Melbourne home show back in April. The initial buying experience was great - as many here have described, however when the delivery guy left without explaining how to set it up, I was annoyed as it wasn't what I remembered being told during the buying process. Much to my delight and satisfaction, Trent from Spa World Melb called to help identify and resolve my issues (taking time during his Sunday - Fathers day no less). We agreed a time for the technician to come and help setup and do the handover. Ananda was extremely knowledgable and took his time to explain everything and has even taken my calls since. We are now all good, enjoying the spa and very happy. Personally I think its easy delivering a service when all goes to plan. The challenge is keeping everyone happy when things don't. Spa World Melb did everything they could to ensure they left me as a happy customer as that is something they take great pride in; happy customers! Well done and thank you for your continued support. Great Product and Great Service We have been very happy Spa World customers for a while now having purchased a Vortex Spa at the Brisbane Spa and Pool show for a very good price. The follow up service and products available on line have allowed us to set up the spa easily and get down to the important aspects of enjoying it. Fantastic service Picked Spa World initially as loved their clear and informative website which also has the major bonus of open pricing on their web site.The pre and after sales service is great. They were very helpful and always did their best to answer questions. They even agreed to ring me after hours as I work shifts. I can not praise them enough. If you're nervous about been on your own once the Spa is delivered, you need not be concerned, they will be a phone call away. The delivery guys are great and dry handover was very informative. The Spectrum 6 seater gives great room for 4 and fits 6 comfortably. The insulation on the Spa is amazing, keeps it warm for days. Easy to use but the touch controls get a bit of getting used to initially, but don't be put off. They will talk you through if you are unsure. Highly recommend them.

Very glad we went with Spa world, their willingness to help with our enquiries in as much detail as I required prior to making a decision, their promt and efficient delivery and then the biggest thing has been their after sales assistance nothing has been a problem. Vortex Nitro - the best purchase ever!! The Spa World team were excellent to deal with throughout the whole purchase of our spa. We purchased a 2.3 x 2.3 Vortex Nitro Spa which I would highly recommend. Even though I thought it would be well over our budget the team made sure that we got a deal that we could afford. We had been looking to purchase a Spa for well over a year and carried out lots of research with other suppliers. I could not believe that after making a quick call to Spa World that our spa was delivered within a couple of days! Even the crane was organised and I was amazed at how quickly it was lifted into place. There were no hidden extras on top of the spa cost; as it included, cover, steps, chemicals and all the extra features (waterfall, laminar jets etc.) which we thought would cost us thousands more. On delivery we were run through the operating procedure which was very simple and the kids were in the spa that night. Even after the purchase the vortex team were more than happy to take my calls and emails regarding other queries I had about maintenance and aromatherapy options. Vortex Hydrozone pro plus Avante After trialing other manufacturers' swim spas, we were impressed with the quality of the product, ease of use and being one of the only swim spas that we could swim well against the jets and plenty of room for the family. Spa world invited us to trial the product and had it heated and ready for us to use. Michelle in the showroom is very knowledgeable, answered all our queries and worked out the perfect package for our needs. We decided to go for the dual zone for the extra luxury of the hot tub and so happy that we did, as it has made such a fabulous addition to our exercise and relaxation lifestyle. Our yard is very small as we are on a 300M2 block but the dual zone fits perfectly and actually enhances our outdoor space, making it more usable. The aftersales has been excellent and all the staff are always happy to answer any questions, give advice.

My back yard paradise We bought a Vortex Neon spa last month from Spa World in Sringwood Qld. We have had the best service from talking to Joanne in Sydney first to buying it from Darren at the store. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic after sales service. Yearly review Received our new spa on the 13th May 2015.. has been 12 months fault free, service was great in store and spa was delivered and installed in the time frame advised. We reviewed a lot of spas before purchase and found this had the latest features. e.g. Moulded plastic frame.

A little piece of heavan I bought a Fisher spa after seeing it action at the Home Show. What a way to finish a hard day! It has jets in all the right places, is cheap to run and very quiet. It heats up quickly and is getting used most days. Life is good, thank you Joanne and Spa World.

Excellent SwimSpa...couldn't live without now! From the moment we ordered the swim spa the service has been exceptional. From assisting with pre delivery issues through to installation and after purchase follow up. We designed our whole extension around the swim spa and it now takes pride and place in our entertainment area. In particular the after sales service, whether it be servicing or general questions the responses are quick and friendly. Could not recommend Spa World more highly.

Over a year and still going strong.. Excellent product and service! Cannot recommend highly enough. My wife and I purchased the aqualap pro and installed it as part of a major renovation to our home. We were tossing up between a pool and a spa and we were initially skeptical that the spa would meet our needs. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we have made in terms of our house. Not only does it look great, but it can be used all year round. Great for the kids and also to de-stress from the kids! We purchased the unit from the seven hills store and Joanne and David were extremely helpful, providing advice anytime we called and they were able to advise our builders and provide all the necessary information prior to the install. Absolutely great product and fantastic service. I highly recommend this to anyone looking at a backyard pool as you will have very low maintenance and get so much more usage out of it.

Incredible Spa Exceptional Sales and Service WE LOVE OUR SPA WORLD NITRO!!!! My family researched spas before purchasing as so glad we did. The quality of ranges, colours and pricing was great. It's like it was designed for us. Michelle sold us the spa and her incredible knowledge and friendly manner was commendable. Nitro spa We purchased our Nitro Vortex Spa 18 months ago and has been one of the best investments we have made. We use the spa all year round and after maintaining a pool for 20 years the spa is 5 minutes work. My wife has used the spa more times in 18 months than she used the pool in 20 years. I cannot recommend high enough the enjoyment we have with our Spa and the service we receive from Spaworld.

Above And Beyond. No Regrets This purchase was done the day after a bender with the mates and promising to take the family to the Easter Show. I bought the whole kit, the SPA a Gazebo, if they were offering it, I got it. It was the only way the wife would stop telling me off for being so hungover. Now normally a purchase like this you would regret, not this one. Through it all the staff from SPA World have been amazing, they have been helpful from installation, to delivery to following up post delivery to see how it was all going. From start to finish I can't find a single fault to criticism them on, I even recommended them to my dad who was looking at getting one. We now both have SPA's and he doesn't have to come over! Anyway, thank you SPA World, you guys are fantastic. Highly recommend them.

Great therapeutic spa The Vortex Cerium Spa that we chose has all the muscle power for a great massage , it's a great help with a lower back condition I feel rejuvenated after using the spa , well worth the money.

Our Second Spa World Spa Having installed a 4.0m pro gym 2 years ago we then sadly moved and have now just had our new 4.5m aquagym max delivered. Joanne Abdel is a gem, arranged everything from Sydney, great price, lots of extras and delivered exactly at 11.00am, which was the designated time. Apart from all that the spas are great and hours of fun and relaxation for us and the grandchildren. Would not be without one now.

Best impulse buy EVER! I went to the 2012 Canberra Home Show with a $100 budget to buy a new camp chair. I didn't get the chair, instead I spent over $20,000 on a Vortex Aquagym Swim Spa from Spa World! I have several friends with different brands of swim spas but when I saw the Aquagym I knew I had to have it. Initially I had concerns because Spa World doesn't have a store in Canberra and I was worried about after sales service. I've had a great experience with them. I got a faulty heat pump and it was replaced immediately. The technician they contract in Canberra is amazing too - Mikel knows his stuff. Three years on we still use it every day. Highly recommend you speak to Joanne or Michelle at Campbelltown.

Do you live in an area without a Spa World store? Living in Townsville there is no Spa World store however the decision was made to purchase the Azure Deluxe spa from photographs, testimonials and extensive information provided by the sales team. The team were always available to speak with and took the time to explain everything in detail, they were amazing particularly Joanne, The spa was freighted up with nil concerns, assistance was given via phone during the initial set up. We have had the spa now for one year, any questions or assistance required the team are only a phone call away and once again always happy to provide information. We enjoy the spa everyday and lucky for us in North Queensland the heater can be turned off most of the year and it heats naturally So please if distance is your concern it shouldn't be.
