Her product knowledge was exceptional, her advice was fair and price considerate and she showed great patience accepting our request to experience a functioning sauna. All in all, our spa and sauna purchase was fun and rewarding thanks to Lisa's outstanding service.

First I had a hard time finding the place, but once I found it Lisa was Fabulous. She didn't try to oversell and was really patient when it took ages to organise my deposit. The quote was right on.

I stopped in late last year to explore what was available etc and spend as little as i could get away with. Quickly realised that not all spas are the same and thanks to the very knowledgable Tiffani and armed with loads of information, i made a purchase a week later for the Vortex Spectrum. This was delivered early January and has been a delight to use thus far. Overall communication and service from Spa World Osbourne Park, WA and of course Tiffani, have been outstanding.

SPA WORLD OSBORNE PARK WA STORE Mark Baugh was such a great help when we were searching for our spa we had so many questions and Mark was happy to go the extra mile by explaining everything to us before our spa purchase . His product knowledge is second to none and we could not be happier with the spa we purchased from Mark !

We love our Titanium Spa from Spa World Osborne Park. Mark was extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions. The heat pump is a must have. It heats and cools our spa really quickly so we can use it all year round but our electricity bill isn’t much more than it was before the spa. Highly recommend Spa World to anyone looking for a spa. It’s definitely added value to our home.

We wanted to purchase a Spa but were unsure of where to go and what to buy. We were prepared to outlay a significant amount of money for the right product and needed to trust who we were dealing with. I recently received my Vortex Swim Spa. The build quality is excellent. I dealt with Mark who was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He offered a great service, support and advice from purchase to installation. His onsite installation team were fantastic. I would definitely recommend Spa World PERTH.

Lisa was very kind & helpful with the purchase of our Vortex Aqualap swim spa and gave her expert advise on the product. She went the extra mile to open the office on Sunday to suit our time, providing excellent customer service. This is a very expensive product and huge investment for us so we needed to make sure it met our needs. We were treated so well and professionally and she did not rush and was very careful with all the detail and in answering our questions. All the additional guidance Lisa gave us when we were doing all the prep work – was just as important. This helped build trust and confidence. Her help and advice has been exceptional. Despite delivery being held up slightly the delivery team were excellent. The installer, John provided an amazing service and took immense care with the delivery and installation. He was very kind and showed care and consideration. We also had the automated lift cover installed which has brought immense benefits to our use of the swim spa and has made things easier. We have since been enjoying the swim spa. Installed just in time for the summer months. This was a 7 month project and it has worked out well. Brilliant quality product.
