Spaworld Launceston have been absolutely amazing. We purchased an Aqualap Pro and couldn't be happier with it and the team at Spaworld (especially with the after sales service) We can highly recommend Spaworld Launceston to anyone considering purchasing a swimspa.

Great to deal with

Bought a Sauna from these guys. Absolutely brilliant. All were great to deal with. Sauna is awesome. Delivery was perfect. Thanks for a great experience all round!!! Highly recommend these guys.

I had an infrared sauna installed 12 days ago and I have already used it 16 times! Within the first 48 hours my morning aches and pains had gone, the whites of my eyes were whiter and my energy levels had improved. There is nothing that has ever improved my health so quickly. As a GP I made sure I studied the research behind the health benefits of these saunas first, and I will recommend them to my patients. John and his team at Spa World have been amazing, from purchase to installation. Do yourself a favor and buy one!

John from Spa World in Launceston went above and beyond with the purchase of our new spa pool. He organised everything including delivery & a crane for on-site positioning. Andrew and Vaughan were very helpful setting up our spa pool. Overall a AAA+ experience. Hightly recomended company & staff.

I called at 9am with a repair job, I had a return call by lunchtime and issue fixed by 1.30pm with an extra fix that I hadn’t initially mentioned. Prompt, helpful, friendly and highly professional service. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

I have recently purchased a vortex neon spa.The online information on the vortex spa range and the invaluable information I was given by Michael at Spa World made my choice very easy. The spa was delivered on time on the day and put in place with no fuss. The spa is everything I had hoped. Thank you Michael.

Great customer service and after sales service. We spoke to John several times in the purchase process and no question was left unanswered. Thanks for a great experience.

I was just about to send a deposit for a spa with another company when I decided to contact Spa World for an alternative quote, and I am so glad I did. Michael McKay answered my call and within 30 minutes had provided a quote for a bigger and better spa, including a heat pump, for the same price. John then managed the logistics and delivery, including organising a crane to place the swim spa into our deck despite very limited access options. Nothing was too much trouble! The service since ordering has been exceptional. I could not be happier with our experience with Spa World. My advice to anyone looking at buying a spa is simple: don’t buy anything without giving Michael a call first!

Bought a Vortex three-person sauna from these guys. I use it every second day, and I really love it. If you live in Tasmania, a sauna is a must. Buying this sauna was easy. It was delivered when they said it was going to be delivered, and most importantly, they follow up to make sure that you're happy with your purchase. Highly recommended, Spa World and the Vortex sauna.

Absolutely fabulous service from Micheal McKay as we completed the purchase of our new spa. Each and every request was granted and we look forward to a long service-partnership with Spa World Launceston. A&J of Longford 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We are new to owning a spa and had all sorts of questions. Michael was fantastic in answering these for us and getting us up and going. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't recommend Michael at Spa World Launceston highly enough. Absolute legend!

We had the pleasure of dealing with both stores, Hobart and Launceston, purchasing our Spa from Phil in Hobart and delivered by the Launceston team. From start to finish the process was fantastic, with communication excellent throughout the time until delivery. Our delivery was within 5 days of landing in Tasmania. Andrew and Vaughan from the Launceston store delivered our Fisher 2 Spa. A very professional team, with Andrew running through the Spa operation & maintenance schedule with us. Thank you to the entire Tasmania team and we look forward to many enjoyable hours with our Fisher 2

Micheal is an easy going guy and handled the whole transaction well. Once the delivery date was set , the communication was fantastic which is rare these days. The 2 delivery guys were professional and made it look easy. RECOMMEND this business.
